Tega’s original product “Senhime” was conceived as a way to enjoy “Senmaizuke”, which is a pleasure only in winter, all year round. As an alternative to senmaizuke, daikon radish, which is available all year round, is used as a material, and the technique of senmaizuke is introduced. The flavor is very similar to senmaizuke, but the secret ingredient is amazake, so you can also feel a slight sweetness. The pink color dyed with red shiso is also very beautiful. The name “Senhime” is also cute, and it seems to be a good souvenir from Kyoto.
